On the basis of power of attorney given by the Client we render debt collection activity or debt collection on the basis of Regular Legal Services.
As far as actions leading to get the due back are concerned:

• we negotiate with our debtors in order to settle the cases amicably
• eventually we call for pretrial payment
• we initiate winding up compromise proceedings as well as we represent our debtors and creditors
• we summon debtors to pay
• we undertake actions aiming at securing payment
• we represent our Client in execution proceedings calling before an execution for paying of the due, applying to court to receive the clause of feasibility and we levy a compulsory execution
